David B. Forman, CPA
 Mr.
Forman has been with Diehl, Evans and Company, LLP since 1994 and was
promoted to principal in June 2006. He had previously been an audit and
tax manager with the firm, specializing in governmental accounting and
auditing, and individual and small business taxation. Mr. Forman is also
the firm’s IT specialist, and has helped both audit and tax clients
evaluate and implement accounting systems, as well as being involved in
other management and consulting engagements for our clients.
