Philip H. Holtkamp, CPA
Mr. Holtkamp, CPA is the senior partner of the firm and is the managing director of the firm’s Carlsbad and Escondido offices. He has had more than 32 years experience in public accounting and providing tax and business consulting, accounting and auditing and litigation support services to individuals, governmental agencies among a wide range of industries including agriculture, health care, manufacturing, real estate and high net worth individuals. He was with KPMG in San Diego prior to joining Diehl, Evans and Company, LLP in 1972

- Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants
- Member of various boards and committees of local businesses and community organizations
