William C. Pentz, CPA
 Mr.
Pentz received his CPA license in June of 1983.
He is in charge and the primary speaker of the in-house tax
seminars for the Diehl Evans’ three offices.
He has a broad base of accounting and tax experience
including the construction industry, real estate, trusts, estates,
individuals and reporting requirements for entities with ownership
in foreign businesses.
In the past, he has served as President, Secretary/Treasurer and
Director in non-profit organizations.
In addition to his experience in public accounting he has
served in various capacities in private industry including CEO,
Executive Vice-President and CFO of several multi-million dollar
companies.
A graduate of San Diego State University with a major in accounting and
a minor in mathematics.
