 William S. Morgan III, CPA
Mr. Morgan has been with Diehl, Evans & Company, LLP for over 30 years and is the firm's Director of Consulting Services. His experience includes general consulting, accounting, auditing, financial reporting, litigation support, fraud investigations and expert witness services for California Cities and other governmental agencies.
Mr. Morgan is a frequent public speaker on governmental issues. Also, he is the author of the firm's Government Tax Manual and Redevelopment Handbook.
